Well I was going to post pics of my guns. Apparently I'm so covert, I've hidden them from myself as I can't seem to find them on my computer. I'll have to take some more. Yeah that's all I did Townie was rattle can mine. I got my paint from Specialty Sports, he sells I believe four different colors Khaki, OD green, OD brown and black. I didn't do the white primer like you did. I did Khaki base coat for all of mine, then used the other three colors to do a pattern. Then used a fake branch from a house plant to add the foliage patterns.

I used the white because I know its going to get scratches so this way in the desert I have some white with all the sand. I used some great to help lighten up some the darker colors. It was fun because this was my first time. I pulled some sticks and other things to see what I liked and didn't. Didn't know it would be as much fun as it was.

I used a black a gray a dark brown and khaki. Taping everything off was a bitch! I have one more ar to do this weekend. I'm going to switch it up a bit.

I guess I'd have to see them IRL. For me I like my "Black Guns" black...but that's just me.

The paint job on Townie's def look good, just not my thing.

Ghost I've been the same for the longest time. The painted ar I have had for about four years. I started playing with the idea of painting it a few months ago. I love it so much I'm now hooked on the idea. We joked around with the idea of painting it gold. Lol might happen with aairsoft rifle I havent used in years.

Looks good.....except your tape job on the scope knobs!

Here is my first attempt at painting one of my rifles. I'm pretty happy with it and it looks a little darker in person. Your pinestraw definitely came out better than mine did tho, but that's the cool thing about painting the rifles. You can always add more color.

Had to break up the shinny finish it had on it. Didn't want them perfect. To get that stick to show put it right against the gun and do a very quick close spray.
