That's not what he meant. He means IF you decide to cruise around town with a bunch of riders who you know push the limits, stunt, go >120, etc. then just be prepared for the consequences, and take your medicine when you get caught, don't blame the LEO's.
Everyone writes their own book, just don't bitch about it later. I know I LOVE to "cruise" at 80+ on the highway all the time, just feels comfortable. Going 55 on a bike feels like you're going 25 in a car, lol! BUT I know the risk of a ticket too...
