Gotta love the week around the 4th of july. Was driving an ambulance back from COS last night and lost count of the number of people trying to ram us off I-25 or the near misses happening around us. Drive safe people!

    Re: F drunk drivers!!!!!!

Were there any other tell-tale signs it was a Mexican's truck? (no racism) Just wondering because I was gonna say, as long as it wasn't some illegals, then there's a good chance the PD will find 'em. Any stickers, flags, etc.? Did they leave a registration behind? LOL!

    Re: F drunk drivers!!!!!!

The registered owner claims he is in the process of selling the truck. There was a cowboy hat left in the truck. Cowboy boot impressions in the mud and we found a cell on the side of the house by the gate that had Spanish text messages. The owner didnt have any injuries so the coos let him go. They didnt sound to hopeful on finding the guy. Yiu could see a head imprint in the windshieldand blood in the truck.

So the owner says someone stole his truck, got drunk and crashed it? Did he call 911 last night? If it wasn't the owner, it was probably his buddy.

Yeah I really don't think the owner was driving. Cops were amazed the guy was able to run off into the night.

    Re: F drunk drivers!!!!!!

but if he's selling the truck how does he let someone test drive it long enough to get drunk then crash it?

has to be connected to the owner and he's covering for him

    Re: F drunk drivers!!!!!!

Did you tow it yourself? Out of curiosity how do you get it over that retaining wall without tearing up the undercarriage even worse that it already is?

Looking at the pictures it looks like you were fairly lucky. You have some deck work to do an a little bit of siding to replace but it doesn't look like it did any structural damage to the house

90's Ford F150, cowboy hat/boots, Modelo cans. Hahahaa, I called it! Hopefully the guy cracked his skull and got some serious brain injury, wherever the rat is hiding out.

So, did the owner call 911? Or report his truck stolen? Or what did he tell the police?

    Re: F drunk drivers!!!!!!

They had him on scene and all the cops told us was it want him and that"he was in the process of selling the truck". Insurance will be here tomarrow.

Wrider I have no plans on looking for the guy. He can't ever get his truck back until he shows. Even if he does truck is totaled and we have a awsome story to tell.

Sucks about the tree, but glad nobody inside was injured. Test drive at 2 AM? Sounds like bullshit to me. The "owner" knows the driver(maybe related?).
