yeah saw that a cpl mornings ago on 7news...reminded me when i was in Kingston, Quebec. It was early spring, Saturday Nite. We were cruising dwntwn. dude driving ,,still not sure if he did it deliberately, but he splash like 5 people standing on the curb. Unlucky for us we caught a red light... we all told him ..run it man run it...those folks were all wet and tick - off to say the least...they caught up just enuff to slap the car a few times....hahaha....
