Check out the positions, let me know if you're interested, I can get your e-mail to the right person (at my company you're actually interviewed by people who know what you'll be doing so it won't be where do you see yourself in 5 years crap) and bypass all the regular steps. i.e. if you think you're qualified I'll get you the interview to prove it even if your resume sucks!
