I change tires by hand all of the time. It's not that hard.

I have changed many a streetbike tire with just tire irons and cleaning solution. Plenty of instructional vids online. The trickiest part it breaking the bead and I built a lever system out of 2x4s in my garage to do it.

I almost always change/flip my own on the race bikes.
This year I have let Scer do some of the work though

If you take your wheels off bring them to the shop and I'll mount them for you dude. Only thing is I can't balance but GPM is a few blocks away.

I don't know if my bike counts as a dirtbike? Then again, it's not really a street bike either.
