    Thank You

    Wanted to send a Shout out to a few folks.. If there are any References to be thrown around as far as "Handy Man" work her are a couple:

    GRNMSHN - Matty - http://www.facebook.com/ReinsContracting
    Heater - Heather
    big53lee - Lee - www.facebook.com/finchhomeimprovements
    DolphinRider - Nikki (for putting up with everything while pregnant)

    You all helped in one way or another even if you don't think you did !! You all made a difficult time in my life go a little easier and I do really Appreciate it. All of this could not have been done without the help of the CSC community and those individuals above My Family is very elated to have this project behind us. Although a few more mishaps have occurred, I'm DRAINED!!! LOL

    THANK YOU;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

    The Mess Started with a SEWAGE flood in the whole house thanks to a collapsed SEWAGE pipe - Replacement - Approx. $17,000.00 (Thanks Adams county)

    as we pulled a few pieces, we found more and more issues. so we wound up with a Bare Bones Bath!!!

    including SUB FLOOR

    Very nice!

    On a side note... Who fucked what up? Mom had the same (extremely unsteady) plastic/metal legged stool when she broke her foot for the shower.

    Handicapped toilets that sit higher...that is the way to go. My parents did that in all their bathrooms when they built their house. Cost $$$ but worth it as nicer to sit on and easier to get up from.

    Nikki and I had surgery a few years back, LOL, your right though they really weren't really stable enough but it worked for its purpose back then,, now it's just a table / "work" on bikes Stoll haha

    And as far the Bathroom; in December we has our main sewage line to the house collapse, it backed up into the basement and upstairs (in photos) bathroom. As I pealed back wet nasty drywall , we started to see more and more issues, then we saw the hole into the basement!!!!!

    Yup; that was why we got it, I always hated geting up from the 13" toilet. That thing sucked!!!! This one is the 17" tall / "Flush 24 Golfballs / Awsome slow close lid Version it did cost more but it was nice to find out that City Of Thornton is putting 75.00 of the cost onto our bill! "Water Sense"

    We just didn't expect Nikki (8 Mo. Prego) to have to be on her tip toes to get off if LOL, but it should get better w/ Practice and after the Baby gets here
