I was headed up Hwy 7 today on my way to go find some dirt in Boulder and Gilpin Counties. I arrived right after an RC8 got binned. The rider was in his leathers and was ok, but the bike was f**d. I don't know if it was a CSC'er or not. I stopped and helped load the bike on the back of a flatbed that happened by and offered to help. Rider didn't seem too upset about the RC8, but I think he had a bit of adrenalin pumping. He picked up the RC to vertical, rear tire straight up in the air, on the ruined front end to dump the remaining fuel out onto the road and then I think he did most of the lifting onto the flatbed.
I continued on up through Caribou, Nederland and Rollins and up to Kingston Peak. It was absolutely gorgeous in the mountains, the weather was perfect and I had a great time.
