    It's happening already for the F1 race next month, one of the reasons why we aren't going back for the race this year. Our house down there was about 15 miles from the track but we sold it in May. House rentals are a big business down there during SXSW and ACL Fest, the home rental company Home Away is based in Austin.

    I could lead a food tour down there.....
