Does anybody know an inexpensive shop that can do minor fiberglass repair. Also do you know of a good but inexpensive paint shop?

My father at PV Motorsports can do the job. He's done many csc and mra bikes. I can tell you that you get what you pay for and my dad is meticulous about his work. If you looking for dirt cheap prices don't bother with my dad but if you want it done right and good looking, give him a call. 7 2 0 2 8 0 3 6 1 3.
If it's not bad you can buy the material you need at Lowes. I did this to fix some rashed fiberglass and it wasn't super pretty, but it was strong as hell. 3M makes everything you need there, be advised that it IS messy. So sticky...
