ehhh that's probably not going to be the most fun place you have ever lived.

I'm from NC. Lived in Denver for about 12 years then moved to Nashville last year.

You will like NC beaches and the weather is hard to beat.

Ft. Bragg is a pretty good haul from any of the real good roads(Deal's Gap and surrounding areas) to be fun. Lot's of flat and straight. You shouldn't be too far away from VIR from there though.

The Pani is an amazing bike. Craziest thing I have ever ridden.

I love the Pani, but I think the RC8R is crazier... Although it is a factory race bike. Haven't had too many issues; valve cover leak, fork leak, and dry rotted DES fork boots. It's also kind of a bitch to work on, worst so far being the headers. It's nice that my assumption was right and is still more reliable than the other Ducati offerings. I wish more manufacturers supported 200/55; been using Power CUPs and ONEs since I got it. Not sure what my next big performance buy will be, but will likely be a Bazzaz. IMO the fueling is garbage, but when I say that I mean for cost/value.

Insofar as Bragg, it's better than Huachuca... I hate this place. I'll manage .

The Ducati curse strikes again. Need new dash, under warranty at least... Faulty dash reared its ugly head.

    PS

I know a couple of people here have these, so I'm maintaining the thread purely for those few. There are some things not on here, but feel free to PM etc if you need help with anything.

My dash has fogged when it's been cold. Doesn't seem to be a huge deal. It goes away when it warms up.

Nice, another post without a pic. I swear the only reason you reply is for your post count.

Yeah my Honda's only had issues when I broke them lol. Oh well, it is what it is... Luckily the weather sucks and I should have everything sorted soon. They also have a tendency to put too much thread locker on things and need to be extracted and replaced >.<.

Got the rad guards installed. Waiting for case covers and clutch slave before I wrap it up. Found out my dealer broke my DES fork plug tabs. I am trying to resolve that right now...

I'm not a "twins guy", but i really like the Pani. LOVE the Tricolore! But then, being Italian, I'm probably biased......

How do you like it? How's the power? The handling? That's about the only twin I think I would want over a I-4.
