Nate, I've been doing a lot of weights/core workouts, ran a 5k at an 8:20 pace (and I haven't been running at all) and ride mountain bikes...and I'm still 201 lbs as of this morning. It doesn't bother me, but I just don't think I'll ever be skinny. I like beer too much!
