I dropped a glove that I couldn't bear to lose on the Longs Peak trail while snowshoeing yesterday. So, I took my 650 back up Hwy 7 from Lyons to the trailhead to retrieve my glove today. Hwy 7 was a bit snowy and icy yesterday, but today, it was great. There was no snow or ice at all and no gravel that I noticed, other than on the road from Hwy 7 up to the trailhead and ranger station. It was a bit on the cold side, but heck, I got to ride on December 22 in the mountains. Can't complain too much about that!
