To my Colorado and New Mexico riding friends,

The Tour Of Honor is a great reason to hit the open road, honor our heroes, and contribute to a good cause, the WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT.
The AMA-sanctioned event is a season-long, self-directed ride to memorials and monuments around the continental U.S. and Hawaii, with about 40 states participating in 2013. Beginning April 1, visit as many sites as you want, with any route you choose.

Sign up now for 2013 at 2012 prices. The registration is $65 until 1 Jan. 2013, a $10 savings before it goes to $75.
I am the Colorado State Sponsor for 2013 and from the many veteran memorials I have visited around Colorado, I nominated 10 for the 2013 Tour of Honor from which the final list of 7 was chosen. Those sites will be posted on 1 April 2013 at 0001 PST on the ToH site. The rally packages will be mailed out mid February and will contain your flag, a T-shirt, some stickers, a ToH patch and maybe some Wounded Warrior Project swag.

Register and ride to some places in Colorado, our neighboring states of Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas and New Mexico, and other states to honor those who have served, helped or died for this Country.

In 2012 we visited these memorials in Colorado: http://www.tourofhonor.com/tohforum/...php?f=38&t=311 .
For some other photos of memorials around Colorado, check: http://www.tourofhonor.com/tohforum/...php?f=25&t=213 .

One of the rides we are planning for the BMW Motorcycle Club of Colorado will be ToH-themed ride that will include about 7 veteran memorials, and possibly will include one or two that will be on the 2013 list.

Please forward to all your riding buddies!

See you on the road,
Randy Bishop
