    Good Carry Holsters?

Looking for some GOOD holster (IWB & OWB) recommendations. I've got a Kimber Pro Carry II and an old broken Kydex that it's time to replace.

    Comptac M-tac is decent.

Galco FL212B - I use this with my 4" or 5" Kimber. Wear a slightly longer shirt and it disappears.

D.M. Bullard is the bomb. Little pricey but custom made. Some days I forget that I am carrying, even while sitting in the car.

The "dual carry" is the way to go

I like the safariland paddle style. Very easy to remove vs having to thread it onto your belt, also comes with retention or without.

I just ordered a White hat holster
    http://www.whitehatholsters.com/

What I liked about it is you can replace the Kydex for $20 for each of your guns instead of buying a new holster. Plus the reviews are great.

Safariland model 27 IWB. Good price, good comfort, suede lined, good concealment, easy on easy off. Have one for two different pistols.

Sorry... but since I'm about to be in need of one of these too... can someone define "IWB" and "OWB" please.

    Re: Good Carry Holsters?

    Thanks for the clarification.
So the next step will be to find a IWB holster for the XDm Comp designed for a lefty draw. This should be fun!

I just use a simple uncle mikes IWB cloth holster and it was only $15. I don't like my gun on my right hip as it prints too much for me. With this one, I wear it in front. This is not the holster but it is similar: http://www.opticsplanet.com/uncle-mi...-holsters.html

Here is a picture of my white hat holster. it's super comfortable. I like that you can change out the kydex for different guns. Right now it's set up for my LCP, but i'm getting and xds soon. it's only $20 for new kydex. I went with the cow hide, which is super soft on the inside. Feels good against your skin. THey also have horse hide. Heck you can pretty much customize it any way you want.
