Today I installed the LED halo's onto the outer ring of the projectors. I then installed the projectors on the bike and got them adjusted and aligned perfectly. Then I tore it all back apart and did a final install of the projectors into the reflectors. So from the front they are more or less finished. My next step is to glue/melt the lenses back on, which is going to be tricky. Luckily you can't see any of the mating surfaces.
Then I've got to mount the ballasts, and run the wiring harnesses.
I tried to take a video of the halos and headlights, but you can't make anything out because the light just washes out the view.
