Hopefully City of Littleton will make that left hand turn into aspen grove a 'left on green' only signal(red/yellow/green turn arrow) - I believe it's a yellow/green arrow now.

A ride will be organized or a BBQ to help out Haley. The Fire dept will be taking care of Roberts services. Once things settle a bit I will get started on details.

Details on accident:
Car made a left turn right in front of motorcycle on yellow. Car was full of teenagers and are looking to be sited for failing to yeild.

The driver will most likely get a 4 point ticket for this. You only get a slap on the wrists for killing a motorcyclist.

It is sad that we have people fighting for our rights to no avail and now people have to suffer while those responsible get off with nothing.

I think in general manslaughter is reserved for the situations where the driver did something deliberately reckless...such as having a drink or excessively speeding or running a red light. One life is gone, another forever devastated...let's think about Haley instead of deciding what kind of punishment someone deserves in a situation where you don't know the story.

Not paying attention while at the wheel of a 4-wheeled 4,000lb+ deadly weapn isn't considered "deliberately reckless"? I agree with you that probably how the LAW sees it, but it should still be manslaughter, same as if they'd been drinking. Hell, if someone had been playing with a gun and accidently killed someone it'd be all over the news and people would be SCREAMING for more gun control.

Since Haley was a older member, what was her screen name on CSC? Just trying to figure out if I know her (not that it matters, my prayers go out to her either way, just curious as I am not the best with names).
