This is my area and I've always been curious about Quaker Steak. Might have to check it out and see what this bike night is all about... still need to get to the Twin Peaks events too
Diddy (was it Pete?) it could be worth your while because if you just take a jaunt from there further west you can go ride Coal Creek Canyon, and Boulder always has some selection out by that way too

Towards the end of last year this event really took off. Probably 100+ bikes every week. Mostly Harleys, but a dozen or more sportbikes was common.
Live band and tasty wings is a good combo!

That is my all time favorite wing place and I am obsessed with wings! Sucks it is so far from where I live, about 36 miles to get there, which isn't bad but driving that through Denver traffic to get up there can be rough during the weekdays. Weekend traffic to get there is a breeze tho.

I'd rather go on Tuesdays.
I've got more flavor than a packet of macaroni.
Its not how fast you go, its how little you slow down.
I went on Wednesday and thought the food OK. The crowd was largely bald middle-aged men (and some busty womens, LOL). A couple of the Vestie-types graced our presence but no B-movie Chuck-Norris-film-bad-guy behavior was noted.
I had wings and a salad and some iced tea. A nice woman introduced herself (I think she was on a date, plus I'm married) so I said, "hello..." and left. It's a very nice place. Service was great and friendly.
Interesting thing is, I learned an Eternal Truth about life that evening. And it was beautiful lesson.
Sorry if this is a ramble... LOL
So I took my girl up to Bike night @ the Lube last night. We got there a little late, about 8:15; and there were not as many bikes as there have been on previous nights. We ended up sitting in the bar area close to the DJ. There were several packs of guys with colors, as usual, no big deal. I could sense some tension, or a bad vibe. Not sure why, but I just could. Anyhow, we ordered some beers and some wings, and tried to have a conversation over the music. About 5 minutes go by and I notice a large group of One MC, converge in and around where we were sitting. It was about 20 guys, they surround this guy that was in another MC (I will leave the names out for my safety ) and start beefing. I thought for sure I was going to witness an all out rage in this bar. I thought it was cool to be front row, but I was a little worried about my girl. Anyway it was a a bunch of talk, but the bar cleared out. Anyone who was hanging out eating and having fun was like, "not for me" and dipped out. I had just got my food and my beer, so I wasn't about to be out the $50 we had just spent. So I finished eating and then some sort of peace summit or whatever happened. The main guys from one side and the main dudes from the other side, all sat at one table and had a chat; while the rest of the crew surrounded them in military fashion.
It was interesting to say the least. I was highly entertained! I don't think my girl wants to go back though. Just thought I would share. I would have gotten it on camera, but my card filled up on my way there.
Cool story brah....good u all got out safe to share your experience. Now I'm not sure I want to be a patron of such establishment.
That's so weird giving the vibe that place gives off, I imagined families and young kids not people looking for a fight.
Thanks guys!
It's a strange place. There is a side, that is more like a family restaurant, and then there is the bar side. Totally different. I have only been 2 times and after last night, I doubt I will go back. Wish there were more events like this though. I like checking out all the bikes.
Go on Tuesday, which is wing nite, and it will be better.

Were they harley riders? Or I imagine it could be over a tipped bike, or maybe someone moved someone's bike. Well it got sorted out at least, good thing it happened but the gang mentality is stupid
