CSP just 5 miles east of gunnison going west on hwy 50 got pinged for 73 in 55 but he was nice and changed it to 73 in a 65 happy birthday to me!!!
Nailed it. Grim and I both got stopped at the same time. When the ranger said the ticket carries no points we were the 2 happiest people on earth at that moment.^ I believe there are no points against your license, just pay the fine and be on your way
That said, we were told we could go to court to dispute the ticket, but the ranger said the judge can choose to add points if they want. Needless to say, we happily paid those tickets.

I kept staring at you guys why the fuck didn't one of you flag me down? Nobody did shit so i didn't think it was you guys. Plus I was looking for Chads bike and didn't see it.
I was waving at you but you must not have seen me. Chad had to take his bike to a shop to replace a fork seal that failed on the ride so he wasn't there at the time.
Yea he told me about it, that sucks, how was the weather towards Cortez? We got insanely lucky and kept missing all the scattered rain storms that were all over where we were headed, we hit one but it was towards bailey and it was cold enough to be snow. We put our rain gear on just to keep us warmer.
We got hit by some weather after Telluride, but I think we'd trade that for the wind and sandstorms we rode through between Cortez and Gallup.
Ouray is 1 sweet place. One of my favorite towns in Colorado. Hope the trip went well!
