FYI on Park County PO PO

Had the Sherriff up for a VIN verification.. after noting my, ahem, radar detectors on various bikes and cars, he mentioned they were working the area this weekend..

    Just a heads up!

Trying to ruin the start of our Devils HWY ride are they?
Big thanks for the heads up.
Its not how fast you go, its how little you slow down.

They're always working. Park county is the worst county to get a speeding ticket. Have fun going to Fairplay for it.

I got one for 99 in a 65 at the start of last year's devil's spine. Now I roll with a radar detector on the bike. The sheriffs all run with radar on constantly so you see them from a mile away. It's the state patrol you have to watch out for. They'll instant on your ass if you look like you're speeding.

I need to try and plug a radar deter=ctor into my bike, I should get the AC adapter up near the front handlebars rather than under my rear seat

Just get a dedicated hardwire kit. A lot easier to route and no big lighter plug to find a spot for.
