RIP Rider. Godspeed to you, and condolences to family and friends.
"Ran over by a semi truck"......ouch. Another news report I saw said a van slowed in front of him, he couldn't slow down enough, and bounced off it under the truck.

I rode by the scene on my way in to work this morning. Noticed that NB 225 was stop and go and little to no traffic SB. As I was getting closer I noticed half a dozen cop cars parked on SB 225. Getting closer, I saw the semi-truck. Then the bike came in to view. It was hard to tell what is was, as my focus was on the large pool of blood a few feet in front of the bike. It was evident from the scene that no one could have survived. I looked up the story when I got into work.....

Some of my co-workers thought it might have been me......

Reporter: "Was he pronounced dead at the scene or did he have some time to get to the hospital?
Officer: No, he was pronounced dead on the scene
Reporter: "So, tell us about that traffic!"
"If not us, who? If not now, when?"
