MRA races at Second Creek THIS WEEKEND!

Come on out! This is the last race event of the MRA 2005 season, and should be a blast. Pig roasts, exploding produce, obscene amounts of free beer ... and of course the day that championships are won! It's gonna be fun.

SCR is at 88th/Buckley, behind DIA. There are several ways to get there but here is the most popular:

Take I-70 east to Pena Blvd, then head up Pena like you were going to the airport. Get off at Tower Rd, and head north. Turn left at 88th, go around the bend at the bottom of the hill, and turn into the white gates. That's it!

Saturday is free to watch, Sunday is $10/adults and kids 12 and under are free. Bring the family and plan to spend the day! Races start promptly at 10:15am!

Not to mention, this is the last time the MRA will ever be racing at Second Creek

Discount tix can be had by finding me on Saturday. Mention this post and I will sell them for $6 each regardless of quantity (usually they only get down to $6 if you buy 50 or more!)

Look for #54 or #629, near the tech pit and the track entrance (from the pits on to the track itself)

I'll try and find either you Bueller, or you Glenn, and pick a couple up.

I rarely think of motorcycles without a little yearning. They are about moving, and humans, I think, yearn to move – it’s in our cells, in our desires. We quiet our babies with cyclic movement, and we quiet ourselves by going.
