Need Mid-pipe re-chromed, suggestions for shops?

I've got a chrome exhaust pipe whose mid-pipe has some rust spot and areas. I think alot of it is just surface rust, but its enough I tried various methods to remove it and it appears I'd be better off re-chroming it... Soooo any recommendations for a shop that can clean and re-chrome it?

Plasti Dip! I can do silver. It would probably cost $30.

Any way you have a temperature reader that you can take a reading of it while its hot? If its less than 380c then it would be good to go

Wire brush it and spray it with some of that 3,000 degree or whatever exhaust ceramic paint stuff

I've tried using a dremel with a brass wire brush and steel or whatever the metal colored one is. I think I might have to do that type of prep work before taking it in. Otherwise I think it'll look like crap as it would be just like painting over the top of it... Thanks
