I'm glad I got started at the ripe old age of 27 so hopefully I beat it?
I still hate that term. I've wanted a rocket since I was 18 or 19 but you just hold off until you're not ruining your financial life buying it. Same thing with an Evo or Vette, I don't see how buying something finally when you're responsible and rich enough to afford it is automatically a mid-life crisis, but whatever. Not saying people don't do these things on a whim, just sucks that if you're in your 40s-ish and you buy something exciting it's a midlife crisis
