FWIW I vote to wait until spring for another one of these. It won't guarantee better weather, but might make sure we have a good turnout as well. I think more than 40 people is possible at that track, and we should continue the school concept (only more structured, with defined levels of instruction/riding, sessions, printed material, etc). Prepayment at least 2 weeks prior should be a requirement as well, this last minute crap is, well .. crap.
