It was clearly an accident, the guy didn't take off, he ran to the kid to see if he was ok. The mother I hope will face charges and way over reacted to the situation. The guy did the right thing and even better walked away after getting hit. Kudos to him.

No its a skate park. You can see a rail in the background where he hit the kid. Mom needs to teach kid to watch where he goes running like That. To be honest I feel bad for the skater. Kid came flying in from his blind side. He truly felt bad and then gets socked in the mouth? Fuck the hood rat.

she had a good jab, must go to LA Boxing, if I was the skater I would have tested out the durability of the trucks on the skateboard, accidents always happen at a skatepark, stuff like this sucks but you make sure the kid is ok and maybe teach him a trick. People are dumb these days.
