    Lil help

Met a new rider today on 115 between Penrose and the Springs with a fairing problem on his Repsol 600. I referred him to this page, since he's only been riding for 4 months or so, and is looking for people to ride with. Don't know if he'll stop by or not, but I hope he does. Seemed like a real nice guy, and I know there's lots of good info here to keep him from becoming a statistic.

Good thing to do. Hopefully he will learn a thing or two and keep safe.

His bike had been dropped before he got it at an auction. Some mounting points on his left lowers broke again after his repair. He had no way to tie it back on so I gave him a bunji.

    Zip ties. They fix everything.

Ah yes, zip ties and orange duct tape. Used both many times. Both stylish and functional! Just didn't have any with me...
