Need a Lawyer or Someone Conversant with Colorado Lein Procedure

Well, it's been quite a while, but I have a contractor who's taken payment from a home owner, spent the money, and left some of us Subs out in the monetary cold. I would like to start the lein procedures/give the home owners the opportunity to pay, etc. These poor people have been through the ringer with this clown, and I am going to have to add to their woes (I hate to do this, but I hate to get stiffed on an invoice even more).
Drop me a call, text, email, please.

    Fred -

What about placing a lein against the main contractors tools and equipment rather than the homeowners?

Fred, call Smalley. He's quite familiar with CDARA and all the bullshit that comes with it.

Will do Jim. Rybo = he's pissed away everything he built up, all in about a month. Weird.
