I was cruising on i25 in the beginning of the season and saw an huge tire right in the middle of the road slowing traffic down. So I pulled over onto the bullnose (as the lady behind me honked at me, what a bitch) and pulled the tire out of the way to keep traffic moving

Traffic was below 20mph. And I had plenty of room to pull over, and a nice jeep slowed down to let me grab it. No harm no foul.

If "stupidity" is to be mentioned, let it not be directed toward the cop but rather testament to the drivers who would not or could not be bothered to slow down and stop. Even if it is on a thoroughfare where you normally would not think you'd have to do it, it's not an unreasonable action to have to perform a few occasions per lifetime.

And then I try and get on here and make fun of Grim and Grim 2.0
I'm not referring to the cop, more of a notable mention in her case.
Running on to I25 to pull out road depris is just a good way to get yourself killed and not exactly something I would want to give my life for. That's what I meant.

Both of those are excellent videos, and are public notices about what our sport, and the people in our club, should strive toward. And now without Grim2.0 holding us back, maybe we can make some progress.
As as for ph03niX, I think that was a good move. In 20mph traffic there was very little danger. And how many of us have crashed, or nearly crashed, because of road debris? Clovis you yourself have. That tire at 2am when traffic is doing 85 can mean a motorcyclist's life.

I stopped this morning and offered to push the car of a girl who had just rear-ended another dude. The other guy had already moved off to the shoulder and she was causing a huge backup (I-25N@ Downing during rush-hour) People even stopped to let me get over to her. She was clearly upset and refused, just repeating "she told me not to move it, she told me not to move it" Well, I tried!
