I think what is funny is that fact that it actually happened. I'm not sure if I'd go along with it being staged. Its possible, but seemed to me that those skateboarder kids were in the right place at the right time.
The fact that you could set off the air bag deployment system is hilarious. She barely hit the car and it lit him up fast.

Additionally, meek old ladies don't typically carry around bags filled with heavy items. To actually set-off an airbag, you'd have to have a bag filled with freakin' bricks, and bash the bejesus out of the car.
