The Michelin Pilot Road 4 tires represent the latest iteration and next generation of Pilot Road evolution. Good god there's a 4 already! I went with the 2 over the 3 back in May. They look near new with still the rubber knobbies on them since I can't lean far enough to knock them off.

I like that the "trail" tire is for "ADV bikes exclusively ridden on the road" (with a corresponding tread pattern). Guess what, those are called "touring bikes" regardless of the sticker.
