Just imagine how many more jobs could have been saved if they had scrapped the union and the millions of $$ the union is sucking out of their members. After seeing firsthand the blatant destruction that unions cause to productivity, ambition, work ethic, and job skills, I have to say that the remaining HD employees and factory survived DESPITE of the union, not because of it.
