good local shop that know Kawi motors?

Can anyone recommend a good shop to build a Kawi engine?

This is for a 2000 ZX-12R

I have a 1287 that was built and ran, 210 on dyno RWHP, previous owner broke a cam but no other damage.
I have a new head, and will get all the other bits.
Just not sure I am feeling froggy to put it all back together and get the cams timed up.

So, my old shop is in Houston, and last resort is to ship it down there and back.
