This is why I normally dont hang with most hayabusa riders

Just saw this pic on another forum and had to share. Yes I ride a hayabusa, my last few bikes have been a hayabusa. I firmly believe their are two different types of busa riders. those how like the bike for its shear speed, tearing down the drag strip, tearing thru the canyons (Yes a busa can turn, and fast just a little more work than a 600). And those like the guy below who treat it like a 16yr olds civic. gator seats, and step ladder sized swingarms. Also heard this guy is in the Street Soldierz, which says it all. enjoy!

That is AWESOME! It is too bad you can't handle all the awesome that other 'Busa riders put out. Look, he even has a place for extra luggage!

Stock rear spring perch? That's gotta be rough on the frame.
That flat swingarm angle has got to make for some terrible antisquat characteristics on corner exits.

We should start a bet for that and just how many chains had to be linked together to make that length.

I think you can find 25 foot sections, but I'm really curious about how it ought to be adjusted. I think an inch and a half would be a bit tight on it...

You could install a few nice seats on that swingarm, turn it into a bus.

Um...wow...just...wow... I wonder if he's in the market for a Gold and Black ZX6. They have one a Quaker Steak and it would match the awesomeness of his current bike.

Man I love how all of y'all hate on someone when they're not using a sportbike the way "YOU" think they should be... If a guy wants to stunt his gsxr 600, let him. If a guy wants to stretch his Busa, who cares?!? Half of y'all have sportbikes with 2 inch chicken strips and just commute to work. Why the fuck would you buy a sportbike?! I don't stunt anymore and the stretched out look isn't my thing. But the last thing I'm going to do is hate on a guy for riding!!!

I'm going to disagree slightly with you here, Matty. I don't think most people here have a problem with what has been done to the bike. I think it has more to do with how we classify riders that do this type of thing to their bike. This may seem highly assumptive on my part, but I think it goes without saying that when people choose to modify their bikes after this fashion they are usually attached to a segment of the sport bike community who have done very little to contribute to a positive image for our sport. The guy who owns this Hayabusa may very well be a stand-up person, but I know I would have a difficult time looking at his bike and not associating him with the stunting, city shut-down, gangster types who make it a pain in the ass for respectable riders who simply want to get out and enjoy their time on two wheels. For this reason I have a difficult time respecting the statement his bike makes. It represents most of the things I find reprehensible within our community, and I have no problem speaking out about it.

Now we could debate about whether those of us who carve canyons are any better or worse for the image than the stunting crowd, but there is no denying who gets the most publicity, and it's hardly ever good press. A gang of riders blocking all lanes on a freeway in order to stunt whilst ignoring and outright impeding law enforcement brings nothing but stricter sanctions down on all of us. Simultaneously they have no problem intimidating cagers who may simply be trying to get from A to B. In my book, they are a detriment to our sport and I think they should be discouraged from riding at all. I highly doubt I'm the only one here that feels that way. Like I said, this is highly assumptive. It's also a massive generalization, but stupid is as stupid does.

Harsh, Clovis, very harsh! I'd never go so far as to say I hate them or wish death upon them. I'd simply prefer it if they went back to driving WRXs like all of the other douchebags.
