    That is a great video for training/practicing looking a head. Viewed as first person, you should try to look as far ahead as possible, as you would on any canyon road. You have to ignore all the outside distractions and not target fixate on the riders in front of you. I found it very challenging with the speed and the amount of peripheral activities.

    +1 same here. It was tough to pick out all the corner entries, especially with the camera unable to resolve the transitions from sunlight to shade. That's one area where the human eye is better. I already find that tough with a tinted visor on late afternoon canyon rides where you're heading into the sun and then the corner is shady.
