Anyone tried using Scorpions metallic "gold" visor for day and night riding? My clear visor is about done and unless I have a vendor special order the gold no one seems to have one in stock to see if the colored visor(which I know are generally not recommended for night riding) acts like amber HD or just tints the visor and therefore is no good for night riding. Any thoughts or if anyone has one and uses as such would be much appreciated.

I dont know how much help this is but back when I lived "in town" I had no problem with a mirrored visor at night as long as I was in areas with street lights. Total darkness no way. They are tinted but the tint level is lighter than your typical smoke visor. As for looking at one I should have it in stock at Fay Myers. I cant check tonight but I will check in the morning.
