Be careful when ordering brake components from rockauto

I order all of my automotive replacement parts from rockauto, and have had great luck. Can't beat the prices, and I love not having to deal with morons at the parts counter. Had one swear to me that GM never put the engine I had in my car in my car.

Anyways, I ordered brake parts for a friend's Jeep. Turns out the brake rotors are for an individual rotor. Not only did the rotor price just double, making it no better than the parts store, but I have to pay another $25 in shipping. I have no idea why they'd sell the pads as front or rear, and not the rotors. And I have no idea why they wouldn't say that anywhere when ordering them.

So I called them, all I wanted was them to cover shipping the other 2 out, and he wouldn't do anything for me. Pretty disappointed, but their shipping rates is how they profit. I'm still going to order from them in the future, just want others to be careful on rotors.

I've bought probably dozens of sets of rotors and they're always sold as individuals. I've bought from all the local places as well as mail order from Summit. Not sure why, but that's how they sell 'em.

Ummmm yeah... Rotors are sold individually. Every set I've ever replaced (mine, friends', families') have all been sold per rotor, not per axle.
