So how the fitness going Vort3xr6? Mainly asking because I have learned a lot on HCG is the last year, so am pretty knowledgeable about it now.
I will neither confirm nor deny toking acceptance.

No-cut sliders aren't bad. Some of the newer designs have extremely strong brackets that attach in multiple places. 4 years ago the no cut sliders were a joke. I think now they are much better.

Fitness has been on hold the past few year. Just got back surgery on Monday to cure an old injury which was preventing me from any hard physical exertion. Very excited to jump back into fitness after I am all healed up. HCG was the shit.

Ask Wicky......I do not smoke......only vaporize; smoking is primitive!
    !

Very true, they may have been improved over the years. I was only saying something in case zukeru was not aware of the issues and I would always appreciate people telling me prior to doing the work in case I did change my mind. If anything just google the brand you are going to use and check for reviews.

Dang sorry to hear about the back surgery man; I know those sucks bad. I broke my hip and that messed up my back and is what got me a lot into working out so much; strengthening core. I tried chiropractors for years and then finally got a recommendation to go see a Physical Therapist and that did more for me than anything else ever did. Well if you do get back into it, maybe send me a PM because I see now that places around town now offer HCG and most insurances will cover it. If you are interested and want to know more shoot me a PM.

Well I am still not a believer in it for weight loss, but it usually points to a different issue, and that is basically what it is being used for properly now. Under treatment of a doctor it can work in conjunction with other treatments. HCG has basically been proven to work, but not really that much for weight loss, but more to help men's natural production of testosterone not get interfered by outside influences.....for example every overweight male has a increase in estrogen over a normal weight man. Increase in estrogen in men can cause a lot of issues....the main one is cancer (as high as a 70% increase to get cancer)! For weight loss, it really is just your body's testosterone is higher which leads to greater muscle and faster fat burning. The HCG just fools your body to keep producing testosterone! Hence it can be very harmful if not done right.....so I'd rather help you guys since I do understand the side effects of messing with hormones. Sheesh, why you got to bring up the past Wicky!
