I'm looking at radar detector enhancing options and the Screamer and MP Visual Alert are ridiculously priced IMO. So I'm looking at the SR10 to pipe the sound into my helmet and wondering if anyone here is using one. The main question I have would be is there any conflict with having your phone paired to your headset for music and such and then having the radar detector paired to the headset via the SR10.
I've got more flavor than a packet of macaroni.
For anyone looking, my research indicates this should pipe the sound into your headset via Bluetooth and work with your phone/music. For just over $100 this is a much better option (IMO) then the Radar Screamer $99 and the Visual Alert $69 and also can tie in gps or other device as well as a two way radio.
I should have it in time for my trip and will update after I use it.

I tried one with my smh10 and solo s2, but couldn't get it to work right. Ran my phone and mp3 player as usual straight to the smh10 and the radar to the sound jack on the sr10. It wouldn't maintain the bt connection to the sr10, so I gave up and returned it. I currently use "plugphones" ear plug buds plugged into the headphone jack on the detector.
