Friday afterwork ride 7/25

Hey everyone, I'll be riding tomorrow if anyone want to come with. My plan so far: starts from the 7/11 in Golden, go up golden gate canyon, then north on P2P, then back down via Boulder Canyon dr, then down south on 93.
I'm thinking KSU time at 6pm. I've ridden these roads at around 4-6pm and it's a good cruise, but this will be my first time doing it after 6pm. I'm thinking it'll be less congested since everyone will go south getting out of work while we head north on the canyons, but I could be wrong.

To sum it up,
I'll be at the 7/11 in Golden; KSU 6pm 7/25. Rain or shine

They did some shoulder work on Golden Gate Few of the lower corners are a mess and some of the corners going up over the hill about halfway are a mess. Dirt and gravel covering most of the lane

Ah thanks for the info. What about 119 from Golden to Nederland, any construction going on there that you know of?

They finshed the road work right before you get into Nederland. At 6pm you might hit some traffic headed up Golden Gate, people headed home from work. Depending on when I get off work, might be able to join you to Ned.

To bad I have a dumb phone and didn't see this sooner...... Oh well, only waited about 15 min.

Roads were wet for the first few miles, great for about ten miles, rained on for three miles and then fine on into Nederland.

John, are you going to be at the BQ tomorrow? if so we can ride afterward. I'm going for a ride with me buddy today up to Estes, we'll just be cruising since he has an old bike so no speed thrill there.
