    Ride Tonight / Tomorrow? (8/11 - 8/12)

I'm off tomorrow and was wondering if anyone wanted to ride tonight or tomorrow. I'm up for pretty much anything and anywhere. Long, short, quick, slow. I've only been in Colorado a month so it'd be nice to ride with someone familiar with the area, or go explore with those who aren't. I live in Westminster but will ride up to an hour or so to meet up. I really just want to ride!

I live in Arvada but am unavailable tonight or tomorrow but here is a route that you would very much enjoy-although depending on riding experience could be taxing(always watch out for gravel on these roads, I was on coal creek yesterday but they change pretty much daily with traffic and rain)

Yeah I'm in Westminster too and Coal Creek is my solo cruise road. There's that Valero on 88th at Garrison before Standley Lake, you wanna meet up there at 10 in the morning? I need to get my registration updated at the DMV but I'd be down to do the Coal Creek-Golden Gate route

I must say, my experiences with the DMVs in this state are a nightmare haha. But yes, 10 a.m. at the Valero works for me. I'll be on a red Honda VFR.

I could go for a cruise somewhere tonight. This news about Robin Williams is bumming me out and a ride would feel good. Wanna meet up down here in Lone Tree and we'll take HW83 South to Colorado Springs, and then come back up I-25 after grabbing some food somewhere?

Anybody else interested in this? If we could leave I-25 and Lincoln an hour from now give-or-take, we'd have all the daylight we'd need to enjoy the long sweepers of the South-bound leg of the loop.

Yeah, it is on kinda on the late side. Kinda why I suggested the rather Pedestrian route of 83's long, fast'ish and direct sweepers, and then back via the Highway.

And for that matter, the idea about food is totally take-it or leave-it for me. If we were to eat in Colorado Springs, the ride back will be in the dark but it will be a drone on I-25 at least. If we don't eat, should be a pretty fast loop.

Hey Brandon, I went to get a bite to eat and took longer than I expected, my bad. I think I'm going to head out for a solo ride here soon, if anyone wants to join just shoot me a text.

I'll also be at Valero at 10 a.m. tomorrow.

Great ride this morning, nice riding with you GMR!

Generic, I might be going back out this evening if you're up to ride. My guess is around 6. Let me know what works for you.

Ha. I was just going to call out JMetz for not planning anything like that. And the way Barn had the munchies last night, I don't know why it hasn't happened.

Short notice, didn't read much forums today. I'm ridden out for the day anyways

It was good riding with you. Glad to see you enjoying CO mountain roads so much!
So far you've seen Golden Gate, Coal Creek, and Boulder Canyon, impressive for your first month in CO There are plenty more to see, just look for rides posted by the members on here. I've been in CO for 14 years and still I haven't seen many of the routes posted on this site.
