    Light bulb issue on 2006 Cbr1000rr H7 use adaptor and part of adaptor melted.

    So both bulbs were out on my CBR1000rr 2006 i pulled to look at bulbs and the black adapter honda makes you use had semi melted. what bulbs do they use where no adapter is needed anyone know

    if this site were more friendly to me i would but 90percent of the time i can look at one thread before i have to close my browser and reopen and its only this forum that lags out and wont let me post pics with out trying 50 times

    it a h7 55w bulb using a STANLEY SN911-01200 adapter. why they are using a 2 prong bulb into a 2 prong adapter i dont know.

    No i ended up just buying new ones and new bulbs, the adapter is honda's way of using there stanley over stock of 1980's headlight plugs...

    Amen! Posting pictures on this site has become near impossible. It is hit and miss when the picture will actually show up rather than giving an error. My coworker I got to join this forum he's been trying to post a picture maybe 10 times and has given up
