Google maps says 5.5 hours?? Might be a little too much time on that day assuming we start at 9:30

Unless something changes drastically in the next 24 hours, I'm in.

Grand Lake/Estes Park forecasts are calling for mostly sunny skies with highs near 70 with only a 10% chance of precip. That sounds doable to me, even if the ride into G-town is a bit chilly.

Weather is warming up nicely today. If tomorrow is anything like this then I'm a definite go.

Tomorrow's weather is calling for even warmer temps (you can thank today's warm-up for that)!

The weather is warming up, I have been watching the mountain weather and I am concerned with the shady spots up in the mountains and as well it has gone from possible rain in Estes to thunderstorm in area.. most are watching the weather. I am considering canceling and letting all do their own ride, I dont want to feel the guilt if someone goes down.

Where are you seeing storm clouds or thunderstorms for the area? Looking at Estes, Granby, and RMNP on weather.com I see 0% chance for tomorrow. Not a radar but that's the best I've got...

Almost every mountain ride all summer has a risk of thunderstorms. I think most people are well aware of this and know how to deal with it, if it happens. I agree that the forecast is about as good as one could ever hope for in RMNP. Let's stick with the plan. I will be there regardless.

I just checked the weather again, still calling for no rain and upper 60's in Grand Lake and Estes Park. You worry too much, Kerry...it's gonna be a perfect day!

    That's $10 per person...$20 for 2-up, not that there's ever anyone riding 2-up lately ;-)
