Congrats Damir, that's badass! And white is rare and sweet looking. Hoping to get back on two wheels again myself, after two years exile. Stay safe!

Glad I never sold my dawg, they've only gone up in value. Bad for buyers though. I'm in the market for a '07 - '08 R1 again, but they also held their value, it's pissing me off. Low-miles examples are STILL selling for $8k and up, wtf? Back to scouring of Craigs, CycleTrader, etc. everyday, heh...

Oh dude, keep that thing forever, pass it on to your generations lol they're going up in price and getting more and more rare by the day... People on CL are insane dude, all these high mileaged and beat to shit bikes are selling for way too much money. I have no idea how people have the nerve to ask so much money for such crap bikes. The 07-08 R1 is one of the models of Yamaha that keep their value insanely, makes me wish I still had my 07 lol

Thanks Barn, when we go ride if you want to take her for a spin go ahead bro. You of all people is more than welcome to her man. She's out of commission for the next week as I'm waiting for pay day to get some new shoes for her. The rear tire ended up going a lot sooner than I thought.

That's a damn fine lookin' ride.

Oh, and if you even consider changing the color, I'll jump on the first plane I can find, hunt you down and beat you within an inch of your life.

Or, leave you in a ditch
Do not put off living the life you dream of. Next year may never come. If we are always waiting for something to change...
Retirement, the kids to leave home, the weather or the economy, that's not living. That's waiting!
Waiting will only leaves us with unrealized dreams and empty wishes.

Nah, bike is staying as is color wise, love that pearl white. Will do a couple of CF add ons but nothing excessive.

Just picked up the SF from Fay Myers, decided to go with the Pilot Road 4's and loving them so far. The bike turns so much better, can't wait to see how it does mileage wise and riding them a bit harder after break in mileage. Next upgrades are:

Motodynamic integrated tail, fender eliminator, HID kit, tune.

Don't waste your money on a plug and play HID kit for the SF....it is absolutely terrible. I have put plug and play kits in a couple of bikes/cars and the SF has bar far the worst light output of any bike that I have seen. I pulled mine out until I have to time to do a proper retrofit.

Thanks for the heads up on that man, almost bought one ... Going to try and look for a company that does retrofits then. I don't have time to fabricate or work on anything like that lol

Calm down son, needed tires first and what not plus I won't plan long rides till roads west are better. Right now canyons have got to suck ... got some rain coming this week so hopefully that washes out the roads well. I need some west bound therapy. Definitely will plan a Mt. Evans/ Pikes peak ride once it gets way warmer. Bishops castle is A MUST for me this year. What are your days off dude, let's ride!

I am with you, not a fan of the angel eyes. Based on the amount of configurations shown on the site, I am sure you can specify what ever you want. I have zero clue how much these run, but I do know my Triple is in serious need of better lighting and I have had my eye on these for awhile.

Find a headlight Damir and I will order the projector setup. Im sure we could make something sick without a ton of nonsense.

I am testing the LED headlights out right now and its seems to be working well. That would be the way to go.

Yea, the lighting output of this headlamp is horrible and getting tired of changing visors everyday on the lids. A co-worker has the same bike but a 848 and even with his PIAA bulb he still says it sucks

The LED technology seems pretty dope, how much would I be looking at a set up? I'm going to quote a headlamp at Fay and see how much everything would run. Need better lighting in my life
