Floyd is an asshole, but he IS a damn good boxer. I hope Manny wins but do not think it will happen.

Pretty much how I feel too; want Manny to win, but I think Floyd will take it; probably by decision.

Seems like Floyd is the favorite for betting odds right now.....

So nobody wants to pitch in and get this fight? Think it is $99 so we would need a few people. Come on, this may be one of those fights you tell your grandchildren you watched on TV live

I still remember watching this epic fight live on TV:

Nothing about it on their FB page or website; I see UFC, but not boxing. https://www.facebook.com/RedAndJerrys

If it is $99 for a customer view I bet it must be really expensive for a "bar" view; pretty sure they have to pay more or at least per TV.

Anyone know of a place showing this for sure?

From what I read in Vegas county MGM properties (Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Excalibur, Mirage, Aria, Montel Carlo and New York-New York ) have exclusive rights to the fight and no other casinos can air the fight. Not sure about bars though and sure the rest of Nevada is not affected

Exactly why I said "Not sure about bars though and sure the rest of Nevada is not affected"

Was just pointing out that MGM has stopped other casinos...was not directly to you, but something to talk about.

$20 cover?!? That's rediculous. Will they be hosting a fight in the bar afterwards?

Nah probably not. Just not that into boxing anymore. To be honest too many fights go the distance. Not enough knock outs. Not enough energy in earlier rounds. Seems more like a dance than a fight.

I feel you man. I used to be all about boxing in the Tyson days. Then I stumbled across UFC and saw a small man named Royce Gracie (175lbs) beating up guys twice his size and I was hooked; probably because I was a wrestler and always the smallest guy and he gave me hope.

Then Boxing has too many leagues now and corruption has taken over. Honestly though this may be the first boxing match I have looked forward to in a long time and I guess it is because I never thought this match would actually happen.

I agree though and probably going to be a dance that goes to decision and Mayweather will win because of his defensive style of earning points.

You think that is bad go price how much it is to get into the arena right now; last I checked cheapest seat was going for $4.5K!
    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2...80k-on-stubhub

And if ten of us pitched in $10 we could just get it for cheaper and avoid the bars. Come on, I know you guys want to do it. With Joker, Metz, Barn, Damir, me, and my girl we are already up to $60.

Well dude paying for the seeing the fight live there is a whole another story but $20 cover plus the cost of food and waiting forever for just a drink, that's highway robbery.

Eileen and I may be down....depends on Damir too as I already made plans to hit up a brewery with him on Sat, but if he is down to change it up I am sure we can figure something out if you do decide to host it.

Of course we would pitch in.
