    Pagosa Springs Lodging Recommendations?

I'm looking at doing an overnight in Pagosa on the way back from Peachfest this year as the roads getting back to Denver are typically traffic jammed and suck on Sunday's. Looking to stay under $100 and relatively close to the hot springs would be nice.

San Juan motel. 1/4 from the springs, around $90night with lite breakfast. ANd you can park right next to your room.

Years ago I stayed at "Healing Waters Resort & Spa", across the street from the main ritzy resort, decent enough place.

Stay in Durango. Bunch of chain motels next to Ska brewery. Let me know when you pass through and will get a beer.

I originally looked at Durango but the prices are through the roof. I'll keep on eye on it. I'll be passing through on Sunday 8-16.

    This place isn't toooo bad.

    http://www.pinewoodinn.com/

I stayed there about 2 months ago on a dualsport ride. Mom and Pop place that looks old. Rooms are old but the beds are clean. Can park right outside the door. I was with my girlfriend and her response was "WTF?". After she agreed the beds were clean and would stay there again.

I rode by on the way back from Durango on the 4th of July weekend and the owner gave the outside some fresh paint and it made a world of difference.

Liquor store close by and a great mexican restaurant right next door.
