I will have to confirm this but normally you fix it or you buy it.
I just got word that due to the insurance company the minimum age is 25, not 18.
Update on the laying it down issue, it may not be that bad but I dont have a firm answer. I will post as soon as I do.

I just got clarification and it looks like the bike is covered by KTMs insurance. (probably why the age got raised to 25) You will sign a waiver that KTM is not responsible for any injuries but that is it.

So is this the full KTM line? How's it work? Do they take you on some sort of group ride or do they just say "go have fun!" ?

We believe there will be the Duke, Superduke, and RC390 available in addition to all the adventure models but no RC8. It will be a controlled group ride in the area, typically the route will go more south through Inverness rather than north through the tech center as there is less traffic. They do try to have a little fun but the pace does have to be reasonable.

Some of the details are in the first post, it is at Fay Myers on Friday, Sept 25th. It runs all day and registration is the day of the event. I believe there will be RC390s and I am trying to get confirmation.
