Any copy of Hitting the Apex that you see online for free is illegal. The film creators have clearly stated it.

It's coming to the US soon. Pay for it. Mark Neale goes through a lot to make these films, support him.


If you can't wait, others have claimed to have success with the UK version on PS3, PS4, and Xbox one.

I just thought people would want to watch it, I didnt even think to consider if it was and "authorized copy".

Yeah this movie has been linked all over the place which is why I was suspicious. The links are always polluted by the hacks. I also agree with supporting the parties involved with the movie. If everyone stole the content then there would be very little content in the future.

thanks Jmetz- I wasn't going to delete anything without someone else looking at it first but I clicked on it on another laptop I have that's set up for this kind of stuff and it caught about four intruders.(my first deletion was a total fiasco)

As far as CSC being hindered. I doubt it but I guess it is a possibility.

Good to know, I searched around a bit but couldn't find much beyond "hopefully soon". Movie licensing/distribution rights are such a disaster...

It does seem like they as the filmmakers should be more proactive about getting the information out there, especially since it does affect his bottom line.

Neale has the rights to release it in the US already. So they're over that hurdle. Also, if you buy the American version, he gets the money, rather than Universal (who gets it if you buy the UK version).

I ended up ordering one from Amazon UK, had I know it was likely this close I would probably have held off. I'll just plan to buy the US version when it's available also.

That's what I'm planning on doing. Already have the Blu Ray UK version, but I want the US version in regular DVD so I can watch it on my booming 1200 watt surround sound system. Although I admit, it was cool listening to the blu ray disc through my Turtle Beach headset. Kind of nice to use my turtle beaches for something other than hearing some kid on Call of Duty tell me how many times he's slept with my mom in HD sound HAHA!!

I think that by leaking this type of movie they only increase their actual movie sales. Thats just me.

I respect the whole "do not pirate" thing but its definitely part of the world we live in. Hell, im pretty computer savvy but I didnt for one second consider if this was a licensed version before I shared the link. That said I dont know the first thing about going out of my way to steal videos online illegally.

I contacted them to see what a private showing looks like. According to Christi there are a couple of members on the CSC that were involved in the production of this video! Anyone know who they are?
