I purchased a bike for my wife and it included a bill of sale. The previous owner started making it street legal again and basically found it very time consuming and decided to sell the bike. He tried to explain the steps to me
that I would have to take to get it titled but it made very little sense to me. I am assuming
one on you out there has been through this and I was just curious how hard it is and how time comsuming it is. Thanks in advance to all of you
