Good ole legal loopholes. Basically it is legal as a topical, but not to snort or use in the black market; they use it to cut coke a lot of times. The issue is they would have to prove the person buying it is using it for the wrong reason. This is just like "bath salts" and "salvia extracts" that are usually sold as incense or salt to put in a bath, but people found out it gets them high when they smoke it. Even dried banana peals will get you high when smoked.

Ephedrine is banned as a weight loss substance.....but you can still get it is a asthma medication (it's original use).

Although one of the most lethal powder/liquid out there is acetaminophen (Tylenol).
For adults, the maximum daily dose is 4 g. Acetaminophen comes in 325-mg tablets; however, the 500-mg tablets are more common. Simply taking 2 Extra Strength Tylenol tablets more than 4 times a day will produce an overdose. It only takes a few days of exceeding the maximum dose to cause liver damage.

P.S. I am a ebay guy myself; I like their "feedback" rating and how many sellers ship faster and are willing to give better customer service for it (think higher their rating, the less fee's they pay).

I don't get it. It's a topical anesthetic. Unless he's selling something else under the guise as of this?
I've got more flavor than a packet of macaroni.

I have general knowledge of the stuff. That Sun article is WAY over sensationalized! Benzocaine on its own as a cocaine substitute is not very effective.
